Billing, plans, and usage limits
Understand Pushrr site, campaign, accepted-notification, and feature limits.
Billing, plans, and subscriber limits
Pushrr plans control site count, monthly campaign creation, accepted notifications, and production features such as segmentation, scheduling, rich notifications, and automations.
Notification usage
Monthly notification usage counts sends accepted by a browser push service. A provider acceptance is not the same as a visible impression: a device may be offline, permission may later change, or the browser may suppress display.
Billing status
Pushrr may show an approval or billing gate depending on the workspace status. If you are a Shopify reviewer, use the test instructions provided in the Shopify Partner submission to access the approved review workspace.
What limits affect
Plan limits can affect:
- Maximum sites per organization.
- Campaigns created per month.
- Accepted notifications per month.
- Automation availability.
- Support level.
What limits do not do
Changing a plan should not rotate VAPID keys, delete subscribers, or change browser permission state. Subscriber access is tied to the website's stable push configuration.
Recommended merchant check
Before a large campaign:
- Confirm the workspace is approved and billing state is valid.
- Confirm active subscriber count is within plan limits.
- Send a test notification.
- Review campaign delivery metrics after sending.
