The opt-in prompt is the storefront message shoppers see before or around the browser permission request. Clear prompt copy improves trust and helps shoppers understand what they are allowing.

Prompt fields

Pushrr supports prompt configuration such as:

• Title.
• Message.
• Allow label.
• Deny label.
• Re-prompt timing.
• Text direction for left-to-right and right-to-left languages.

Good prompt copy

Use specific, plain language:

Get restock alerts, sale reminders, and cart updates from our store.

Avoid vague copy:

Enable notifications for updates.

Timing guidance

Do not show the browser permission prompt before shoppers understand your store. A short delay or contextual prompt generally performs better than asking immediately on page load.

Text direction

Use left-to-right text for languages such as English, Urdu written in Latin script, and Indonesian. Use right-to-left text for languages such as Arabic, Persian, Hebrew, or Urdu written in Arabic script.

Common mistakes

• Asking for permission before explaining the benefit.
